Patch to implement resource categorization via tags

I actually think case-sensitive is useful here, as it allows more kinds of
filtering.
(and anyway an all-lower-case renaming will make presets naming more
consistent).

But as you say maybe  "a checkbox in the options for case sensitivity" can
be useful to have the choice.
