It was originally case insensitive, but I changed it after finding out
that brush presets can have names like Brush_1 brush_1, brush_a, brush_A
but I suppose it can be changed back to case insensitivity if that's
preferred by the users. The ultimate goal is to also have mouse support,
though, as in right click a resource and assign it to groups, or even
better a big dialog that manages all resources, patterns gradients etc
on the left, and groups on the right, like the favorite palette manager
does it.

I can't give a good estimate on when that would be done since I am still
very inexperienced with the interface parts of Krita, Qt and KDE in
general.
