[calligra] krita: [FEATURE] Added enchanced weighted smoothing algorithm with tail configuration

It looks very good! But there are two (small) problems:

* the strings changed, so we need to have an exception for the backport to 2.7
* when painting with a tablet, the tail gets filled in, but not when painting with a mouse.
