Survey for artists about Flow option for the painting

Usually I've the flow=1.0 for painting and <0.40 for blending with
non-textured/regular pixelbrush presets.
I use very low flow values, about 0.15, with textured/non-regular shape
brushes to give a much more natural appearance to brush strokes.
