State of Krita on Windows

Packages are now available, too: http://heap.kogmbh.net/boud/krita_2.7.8.2.msi.

I ran into a big problem though and that's that the recent filters/masks work crashes on Windows. I haven't been able to figure out what is going on there, so I backed out those changes from the branch from which I build the Windows installer.
