Krita brush preset preview standardization wiki document

Hey,

I continue here about the "brush preset preview" ( discussed on another
mailing-list topic)
I started a wiki draft :

Feel free to comment, edit, discuss . It's a wiki and mean to be
collaborative.

(PS : Especially for Ramon / Animtim , since we are the 3 main Krita's
 brush creator at the moment. )
