Updated Predefined Brush engine

I found more info about the regression I had with Color-Smudge engine, and
predefined brush ;
The culprit option sounds to be 'Size' , and it's more visible with a 'S'
curve ( http://i.imgur.com/r30ayIS.jpg ). Predefined Brush have to be at
Scale 1.0 , when it reaches 100% high pressure ; the end pattern look like
4 brush masks + line on the bottom right corner ( ex:
