rotation on windows

Hi Lukas, 

I saw on the forum that someone reports that rotation using the artpen is broken on Windows. Now I found some hints that that might depend on the wacom driver used -- http://sourceforge.net/apps/mantisbt/ipe7/view.php?id=13.

Lukas, have you got a windows installation? If so, could you test with the artpen you have?
