Problems with openraster images in 2.5 beta

Thanks deevad. My first thought was that it might be an xfce/mime
issue, but ora works correctly in other apps without any issue --
double clicking on the ora file opens GIMP 2.8 by default on my
system. I can do a quick switch to Gnome or other wm tonight andd if I
have the same problems.

I can work around the issue, of course, but wanted to track this down
in case it's a possible bug or building issue. I can switch over to
building 2.6 alpha from git and see if the same issue is present
there.
