[calligra/vector_compositioning_kazakov] /: Added the first version of per-architecture binaries for composition

I tested on Windows and Linux yesterday. I got some weird hangs on Linux on starting Krita. Windows seemed to compile (which suprised me, since current master doesn't compile with Vc on Windows), but due to setup issues on Windows I wasn't able to run it yet. I'll test some more today :-)
