Smaller paintop setting

Hi,


we currently have a bug (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=297322) that
wants to reduce the size of the paintop setting popup. Since the discussion
there is a bit controversial I have made a branch
(krita-smallsettings-langkamp) to test that.
Would be nice if you could try that and give some feedback.
