Hm.... That's a weird result. I mean, it's clearly some kind of build/installation error. Are you sure you compiled with -DKDE4_BUILD_TESTS=TRUE? Maybe it would be best to remove the build and install dirs, and rerun cmake with -DKDE4_BUILD_TESTS=TRUE and rebuild...
