ICC profile changes

Yesterday I started by removing some of the profiles in 
krita/data/profiles for license issues.

Some more are likely to be removed from Scarse due to imprecissions:
https://www.oyranos.org/2011/11/quality-of-default-icc-profiles/

But a working make test is a precondition for removing the Scarse 
profiles.

All others will obtain the internal profile ID to better work with
Linux CMS´s.
