Krita book for beginners?

When it comes to Krita I am perpetually on the shore, afraid to
stick a toe in the water. What would get me into the swim would
be a good beginner's tutorial or book.  Is there such an animal?
Most of the books with Krita in their subject line are summaries
of all the KDE apps, with a chapter on each. I desire something
more concentrated on Krita.
