[calligra] krita/data/profiles: add eci profiles -- we have a grant to redistribute them with krita now

I know, but that is beside the point ;) I would be like for us saying "you are 
free to redistribute the openraster filter but not to modify it, because it 
would break interoperability".

Well I did not noticed that you had added the license texts as well :) so I 
will contact distributions and show them the license.
