If you want your travel reimbursed you have to do the following:

Get the right form at 
	
	http://ev.kde.org/resources/index.php#expense

Print it, complete it and scan it in. Then with either a scan of your paper tickets or your eticket, mail it to:

     Claudia Rauch <rauch at kde.org>

That's all. For people in Europe, the iban form is probably best.
