About the positioning of the new Presets Strip and Buttons

Why not move the strip to the top?
It could be like this:

----Strip--Remove button (small with icon)----

----Save lineedit--Save button----

----Brush options----

----Default button----


We could even move the saving part into the group box of th e brush setting.
Not sure if that would work good though.
