Brush editor branch

Hi,

I have pushed a new branch krita-paintopeditor-langkamp. It integrates the
paintop list that until now was in the toolbar, into the popup.

At the moment there a still two problems: For some reason the brush widget
shows an empty area on the right and the popup changes size when chaging the
paintops.
Maybe someone has an idea to fix that.
