Update process of KisCanvas2 split for QPainter canvas

Hi, All.

I have done splitting the update process of KisPrescaledProjection and
friends.
Here are two versions of the patches: single patch - for testing and a
patchset for reviewing.

Single patch:

Patchset:
http://dimula73.narod.ru/canvas_split_patchset.tar.gz

The first patch is the one i used to publish on reviewboard. The last one is
some changes suggested during discussing of that patch.

I would be glad to hear any comments :)

PS:
Ah, forgot to add: this is a "bugfix" for flickering of the canvas while
painting with big, heavy brushes =)
