Brush engines presets ready for users

Hi, 

we would like to make the brush presets easy to share among users so that they 
can have the extra super cool brush engine presets from friends, we can put 
them in tutorials and use Get Hot New Stuff. So I started wiki page

Feel free to add what needs to be done so that the gaol is reached, also add 
any funcy documentation notes if you want (I started with a little).
Maybe Cyrille could add something about it's usage in stoke recording?
