Buttons instead of tabwidget in brush chooser

Changing tabs for buttons seems like an unfamiliar move compared to
other UIs. But I like how it looks, it's less cluttered than with
tabs. Besides, Firefox already does something similar in their
preferences dialogue and it seems to work for them.
