Walkers pt.2

Hi again!

There is a third version of the walkers patchset done!

Walkers are fully;) integrated into Krita. It works fine. The main aim[1] of
the work is reached. Painting below Blur adjustment layer works!

I really don't know whether this patchset is applicable against trunk,
because the branch is more than two months old.

Tomorrow i'll merge this with master and publish single-patch version for
testing.
And for now - sleeeeez-z-z....


[1] Of course, threading is another aim, but there should be a separate
subsystem for that.
