Checkboxes in paintop options

Hi,

since I activated the checkboxes in the paintop settings a few days ago.
There was some discussion if the taxt should be aligned or not.
I have attached an experimental patch that changes the text to be aligned
(screenshot here http://img130.imageshack.us/i/box2a.png/), so that you can
see how that would looks like.

The patch is just a proof-of-concept for now, further discussion will be a
the sprint.
