before starting krita, you have to enter the following into the console:

export KDEDIRS=/home/damdam/progn/kde/perf_inst:/usr
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/damdam/progn/kde/perf_inst/lib:/usr
kbuildsycoca4
#and then, still on the same console:
./bin/krita
