I'm sorry, but I'm going to change this back. The previous docker 
configuration was designed to be as close to Krita 1.6 as possible, to fit on 
a small screen and to leave as much space for the layer docker as possible.

There is a problem with the tool option widgets, in that it's impossible to 
always have them appear in the top row of the docker area, but that's a 
technical problem which will have to be solved in the koffice library code.
