Mypaint paintop branch

Hi,

I have pushed my mypaint changes to a shared branch (at least I hope that
worked)
Branch is called krita-mypaintop-langkamp. It adds working transaction for
that op, brushes can be changed from the UI and also painting.

So everyone familiar with mypaint can now check if it works the same in
Krita. Have fun.
