Filter API refactoring branch

Hi,

I have started to put in motion our latest filter API refactoring, as we have 
discussed it in deventer [1]. It is all in the "krita-filters_api_refactoring-
cyrille_berger" branch.

If you want to contribute or do testing, you get the branch like this:

git push origin krita-filters_api_refactoring-cyrille_berger

I also intend to do the port to the new iterator API in that branch, and I 
would recommend to make all filter related work in that branch until the 
branch is closed and merged.
