Not yet, right now we are working on the comic book creation workflow, and 
then we will have to come up with a design of the UI, and what features are 
needed in Krita, and then the development will start.

But I am a bit behind the schedule for that :) I was hoping to be done with 
the workflow, so if you have comments on it, feel free.
