plan for introducing new curve widget

Hi,

I think it is a good plan, when I wrote (or more like refactored Dmitry's code 
into) KisCubicCurve, I did so by thinking would do something similar to what 
you describe with KisCurve.

Only sad thing is that we can't keep passing KisCurve by value, but I guess it 
would be solved by making KisCurve inherits KisShared and then pass along 
shared pointers.
