Canvas rotation preliminary patch

New version of the patch:

The pan tool is finished:
1) It can rotate the canvas, just select the tool and press "Shift" key
2) It can reset canvas transformations as well, just press "Shift" and click
on the circle in the middle of the screen
3) And no duplications with the Koffice-wide tool now
