Transition to lcms2

Hello,

I have just finished porting our lcms engine to the new lcms2. It still needs 
some testing, for now both lcms 1.1x and lcms 2.0 are supported, when lcms2 is 
available it will be used, otherwise the old plugin will be compiled. For 
KOffice 2.3, we will support both API. But I think we will drop support for 
lcms1 for KOffice 2.4. This should give plenty enough time for slow 
distributions to package lcms 2.0.
