CinePaint: add its brushes into Krita

That's right :-)
On top of that CinePaint is not widely used anymore (at least in Italy).
I am pretty sure it is better to focus all efforts on other softwares (e.g.
by improving the support regarding  both MyPaint and Gimp brushes).
