We did some IRC discussion and we came to the point that  we don't have human 
resources to manage forum and it is quite much work. We are playing with idea 
of having complex forum at forum.kde.org with Krita subsections.

If you have skills to be sysadmin also (administrate phpBB forum), it would 
rock! Do you?
