Refactoring CTL colorspaces

Hi,

I am currently refactoring the CTL colorspaces (with the removal of most of 
the related plugins, replaced by a new one), which means that in the mean time 
the CTL based color spaces aren't available, which temporaly break the 
painterlyframework, and also mean that you need to remove the old plugins:

kritargbfloathdrplugin.so
krita_lms_f32_plugin.so
kritaycbcrplugin.so
kritaxyzfloathdrplugin.so

You probably need to remove the painterlyframework for now.
