brush engines

Hi,

Around March, we discussed brush engines in Krita. Most of the refactoring and 
implementation is now done, give or take a couple of things. I've jotted down 
my notes at http://wiki.koffice.org/index.php?/title=Krita/BrushEngine.

There are still bugs, and still lots todo, (see the preset_todo.txt in the 
krita/plugins/paintops, and I'll be getting back to it after I've finished 
loading and saving.
