Redirecting tablet/mouse event form KoCanvasControler to KoCanvasBase

Hi,

I am considering redirecting mouse/tablet events from KoCanvasControler to 
KoCanvasBase, there are two reasons for this:
 1) unlike mouse events, tablet events are not trackable when the cursor leave 
the widget (see [1] and [2]
 2) but more important, this would allow to start a stroke outside krita's 
canvas

I am not sure wether this belong in KoCanvasControler/KoCanvasBase or a yet to 
exist KisCanvasControler/KisCanvasBase , I don't remember if there are other 
KOffice application with a limited in space canvas like Krita, that could be 
interested ?
