GLSL/Shiva style Filter Preview

In a sense, yes, it's easy. For the other filters we already do a preview on 
canvas (except that, well, it's broken right now), so it should be possible 
with the glsl filter as well. The trick is to add a filter mask with the 
right filter. I'm not sure we won't need a separate mask type for glsl 
filters, but that's something that needs to be investigated.
