RFC  for  kritta

a request for feathering tool control

basicaly need to be able to select the starting brush size and presure 
(opacity) to be diferent at the start and end of each brush stroke

would better if it had the ability to set the scale of the brush ie
start size (0 to 400%) and end size %


a sample of what the effect should be able to produce attached 

the  main  problem i have in using the airbrush tool in kritter
over using a actual airbrush are 

 when using an actual airbrush the distance determins both the size of 
the "brush " and the opacaty
during painting i may hold the airbrush a fair distance away that gives a fine 
but wide even spray over a large aria  like the large circular gradeant tool 
but at about 600% 
although the custom tool allows creation of some basic shapes at any size 
theres not realy the facilaty to create a custom shaped brush and just scale 
it , it would need to be created individualy at the sizes you need 

feathering is normaly managed by moveing the airbrush closer during the stroke 
now obviously theres no 3d input method that can take this into account 
but  there realy needs to be some slider that will allow for scailing of the 
brush shapes rather than needing to define a new one each time 
with a tablet it could be posible to do that using the presure 

2/.  is it posible to put the opacaty control on a permenent slider in the 
control window rather than just on slecting it
