Brush spacing increases with wacom pressure.

Hi,
I've been trying to paint with Krita 1.6.2, on kubuntu feisty,  but I find that something is broken with the wacom pressure support. When pressure is set to control brush opacity, the brush spacing seems to increase with pressure applied, so that at full pressure the individual brush stamps are clearly separate even with spacing at 0, and even though at lower pressure rates the strokes are quite smooth.

 I filed a bug report about this:

but am not sure if it was noticed. I hope this gets resolved since right now, painting in krita is not feasible for me.
