I tried to port them, but did not succeed in porting the curve
framework. I think the bezier paint and bezier select tools should be
based on KoPathTool, which already provides most of the functionality.
Also the outline selection tool could make use of the Karbon pencil
tool, which provides nice curve smooth.

I already ported the grid to 2.0 (QPainter canvas only), but updating
broke with one of the canvas refactorings.  Also Krita tools don't
make use of the grid yet.
