Pigment and colorspaces

well rgb8 is not really needed for the good working of pigment, while the 
three others in that are needed. I mean, as we don't want plugins to depends 
on other plugins, some colorspaces need either lab16 or rgb16 for working 
correctly. While no colorspaces need rgb8.
