Preparing release of krita-plugins 1.6-1

Hello,

I would like to make a public release of krita-plugins at the begining of next 
week.

Of the plugins in the repository, I think we can ship : deskew, ImageComplete, 
LineSampler and redeyeremoval.

For deskew, I will add the two missing headers to the archive.

I would have like to release bala's filter as well, but it's not in subversion 
yet :(
