I was under the impression that you could port BSD->*GPL, LGPL->GPL,
and GPL2+->GPL3, but not *GPL->BSD, GPL->LGPL, or GPL2->GPL3.

Not sure what the situation is with GPL3->GPL2+, or GPL(+) and LGPL(+)
with different versions.
