Bringing the manual up-to-date

Hi,

With a couple of days before documentation freeze, I'd like to have the manual
back up to date soon. The menus and dialogs should be done now. I know that the
toolbar section still needs updating due to e.g. the perspective and MOS tool.
Are there more parts to be updated, or are there subjects that really ought to
be discussed that are missing right now?
