[krita] Levels filter

Looks very good. Fine work! Some tightening up to be done in the dialog 
itself, trailing dots in the menu entry, that kind of thing. We can do that 
before checking in. You've earned your place in Krita's about box :-)

Cyrille: I think it's fairly safe to add this filter for 1.6.1 -- there's 
really not much more to be done than giving the .ui file a bit of designer 
care.
