Most of the colorspaces are back !

Hi

I have finish to port most of the colorspaces, or at least those based on lcms 
and usefull to more application than just krita : RGB 8bits, CMYK 8/16bits 
Gray 8/16bits (note that RGB 16bits and LAB 16bits are part of pigment). And 
I have moved them away from krita into koffice/colorspaces, which means other 
applications aren't dependent anymore of krita.

Have fun with them :)
