Krita and flake

In preparation for next weekend, Thomas and I have spent yesterday evening 
going through flake and correcting each others misunderstandings and so on. 
It was rather Krita oriented, and I've tried to do a write-up today. It's
on the wiki (of course!), and I'm sure Thomas will add notes about any 
mistakes I may have made...

It covers tools, the krita layer/shape stack, using flake paths in krita but 
rendered with krita brushes and paintops and more.
