Configuration Profiles [feature request]

HI all!,
I know you guys are all pretty busy so this has no priority but it would be
very cool as somebody is willing and has the time to implement this.

Krita is an amazing imaging solution and is maturing fast, so the time has
come to attract users from other applications like the Gimp en Photoshop, and
to do this in a way these users could easy migrate.

Imagine that a Photoshop-user has to migrate to Krita because his company is
switching, his first impressions are of course good and he starts editing
images, the first thing he is annoyed about are the different keyboard
shortcuts. So this user goes to "settings> configure krita" en selects at the
left "profiles", and from the combolist he selects "Adobe Photoshop" and now
all key-shortcuts, and some other preferences are adjusted to the way
Photoshop behaves. Other profiles to consider are probably "pixel", "Gimp"
and of course "Krita (default)".

I hope this feature is applicable and when implemented that it would lower the
bar for newcoming users!

Thanks in advance,
Niels
