OpenGL check

I think this check is wrong... OpenGL always worked for me, but when I 
configure 1.5.1 I get

You're missing OpenGL libraries or Qt has been
built without OpenGL support. krita will
not be able to use OpenGL for hardware
accelerated rendering.
