krita buglet (delay da beta!!)

Just found (recent svn);

a) click on 'paint a selection'
b) use the tool; note how everything turns blue
c) change the combobox to 'subtract' in the tool options
d) use the tool again.

The effect here is the same in b and d. I.e. the combobox does not do anything

Not sure this is reason to delay the beta, but its nice to fix if its
small and you have not actually tagged yet.. :)
